The transcript is an official document containing your personal information which Concordia wants to protect, so:

  • We only accept transcript requests from the student. Parents cannot request transcripts for their students, even if they are high school students with dual credit.
  • We send the transcript only to where the student instructs us.

Concordia publishes official transcripts in two ways – electronic (digital) or paper:

Electronic transcripts: A digital, or electronic transcript, is a PDF document which has the same appearance as our paper transcripts but is delivered via a secure download. You ensure the recipient is willing and able to accept an electronic transcript, and you provide the recipient’s email address to us. The fee for electronic transcripts is $5 per copy until March 15, 2024, when the fee will increase to $10 per copy. Once the information provided is verified and there are no holds, the transcript can usually be processed and transmitted to the receipient within minutes.
